Rancho Santana is the perfect fit. The developers at RS have a genuine interest in making it the best place on the Pacific. We've met so many other owners who share our love for the local culture and environment. And the employees take a real pride in the place as well.

We bought our land in 2007 and broke ground in 2009.  It took 13 months and hundreds of craftsmen but we are so delighted with the quality and spectacular results that our builder created. We still pinch ourselves.

If you choose to stay at La Casa Mas Alta be prepared for monkeys. Be prepared to see the Milky Way at night like a celestial highway. Be prepared for privacy and quiet.  Be sure to visit all the little restaurants and points of interest outside the development as well as the variety of restaurants and bars throughout Rancho Santana.

If you surf - you'll agree the place is "ripped".
